New UI Redefines How a Modern Talent Management Software Suite Appears and Functions

TalentGuard’s new user interface, code named Bella, makes it much easier to interact with the application and users benefit from a more intuitive and visually engaging employee experience.
The new design offers a seamless and fluid, self-guided experience that allows anyone to accomplish tasks with ease. “We set out to create an interface that is ‘invisible to the task’”, said Frank Ginac, TalentGuard’s CTO. “We focused on improving ease-of-use, usefulness of tasks, optimization of workflow, elimination of redundancy, personalization and design (patterns, icons, look and feel). Not only did we introduce employee-centric interactions but we also added new features, such as social, crowdsourcing and artificial intelligence based on employee behavior.”
TalentGuard conducted a deep usability study with its customers and engaged real-time on use cases, screen designs and workflows using visual collaboration and social tools to track feedback and input. With the updated user interface and improved back-end foundation, employees will be able to get smarter career path recommendations, complete assessments faster, and collaborate more efficiently with managers, mentors and coaches. Managers have better access to employee career aspirations, continuous feedback and rapid insights into employee behavior. Executives have improved access to a view of company operations via real-time interactive dashboards.
