Jim Rudden brings 25+ years of technology industry experience building, marketing, and delivering software that helps people and companies work smarter. Jim leads all revenue, product and brand marketing operations at TalentGuard.
Prior to TalentGuard, Jim Rudden was responsible for world-wide brand, product and revenue marketing at Spredfast from its launch in 2010 through acquisition by Vista Equity at the end of 2018. During his tenure the company grew from $0 to $100M in revenues, 15 to 500+ people, and from startup to industry leader in enterprise social media management software.
Before joining Spredfast, Jim was VP of Global Marketing at Lombardi Software (acquired by IBM) where he was responsible for brand and product marketing and all demand generation. He has held positions in Product Management, Marketing, Consulting, and Sales at BetweenMarkets Software (acquired by Innovis) and Trilogy Software in the United States and Europe. Jim serves on the Board of Trustees at Headwaters School.
Jim holds a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University.
