Christine brings over 20 years of experience in customer implementation, project management, and SaaS software implementation to TalentGuard. She is responsible for driving the entire customer experience, from the deployment of the onboarding process to adoption, advocacy, support, and retention.
She has a strong track record of success managing customer relationships. Her understanding of end-to-end customer engagement will ensure that we nurture and support customers and deliver maximum value.
Christine comes to TalentGuard with more than a decade of SaaS leadership experience. Before joining TalentGuard Christine built and led a successful Software Implementation team for FlashParking, a growing Austin-based mobility company. Prior to that, she worked at SchoolAdmin, successfully running customer implementation projects.
She is a hands-on strategic leader who offers strong mentoring and motivational skills to promote team productivity, enhance the customer experience, and ensure partnership longevity. Christine has a track record of setting vision and building collaborative teams that deliver results to ensure high customer success.
