Everett brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including support, training, technical writing, and project management spanning Fortune 500 companies such as Apple Inc. and Home Depot and start-ups such as Evolve IP (Gartner-recognized) and BlueCats.
As the Head of Technical Services at TalentGuard, Everett oversees Technical Support, Documentation, and Project Management teams, focusing on issue resolution, enhancement fulfillment, and premier technical support. He has successfully integrated project and incident management tools such as Jira and Zendesk into the company’s workflow. Additionally, Everett serves as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), safeguarding the software development process and driving corporate-wide improvements in version release planning, incident management, implementation project planning, and project delivery timelines.
Everett has a B.A. in English from the University of Texas. Outside of work, Everett is an avid photographer and podcaster, passionately engaging with both hobbies in his free time.
