Jim Rudden and Brian Hauf Join talent management software leader as CMO and VP of Customer Success.
Austin, Texas – September 17, 2019 – TalentGuard, the predictive people development SaaS platform today announced the addition of two experienced enterprise SaaS executives to its growing leadership team. Former Spredfast CMO Jim Rudden joins as Chief Marketing Officer and former Onit and Convio executive Brian Hauf joins as Vice President of Customer Success.
TalentGuard secured $4 million in Series B funding earlier this year to continue growing its customer base and accelerating product innovation. In addition to expanding the leadership team, TalentGuard recently announced the next generation of its Career Path module, focused on illuminating career growth opportunities for employees and employers. According to McKinsey & Company, only 3% of large enterprises develop people quickly and effectively, and similarly only retain 8% of their high performers. In response to these critical talent challenges, enterprises continue to drive heavy investment in talent management technologies.

As CMO, Rudden will lead TalentGuard’s brand, product and performance marketing programs. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading organizations like Spredfast, Lombardi, and Trilogy Software as they scaled globally in fast-moving markets. Most recently, Rudden led marketing at social media management industry leader Spredfast from its launch to acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Hauf will represent the voice of TalentGuard global customer base, and lead the teams responsible onboarding, support and maximizing the benefits of the company’s growing product suite. He brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in customer success, operations and services, with market leaders like Onit and Convio/Blackbaud.
