As an Executive Advisor at EY, Marc worked with complex, global organizations to solve their most critical people and organizational challenges. He helped launch EY’s Future Work Now initiative to enable CEOs and business executives to capitalize on the power of digital innovation and to address the challenges of changing workforce demands. As a member of the Center for Board Matters, Marc helped advise Boards of Directors on strategies that improve corporate governance and board effectiveness, mitigate enterprise risk and enhance organizational leadership. Marc also serves as an Executive Advisor with Challenger, Gray and Christmas, coaching C – Suite executives on career success and managing transition.
