Senior Marketing Manager

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead multi-channel marketing initiatives that generate demand, enhance brand visibility, and fuel revenue growth. You will own SEO, content strategy, demand generation campaigns, website performance, product marketing, and event execution. Your expertise in data-driven marketing and storytelling will shape how TalentGuard engages with HR leaders and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Strategy

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic traffic, lead generation, and website authority.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and UX to enhance conversions and search performance.
  • Monitor site analytics, keyword rankings, and implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with our SEO service provider on strategy and tactical execution.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, PPC, ABM, and paid social.
  • Optimize lead nurturing workflows and campaign performance using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Develop high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, etc.) to position TalentGuard as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft compelling, insight-driven content.
  • Manage content distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Create sales collateral, battle cards, and case studies to support the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine TalentGuard’s value proposition.

Event Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Develop event promotion strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Measure event impact and integrate insights into marketing programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in HR tech, talent management, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in SEO, content marketing, and demand generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and website analytics.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
