The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will contribute to TalentGuard’s mission by enhancing our online presence through optimized SEO strategies.

Key Projects/Responsibilities:

SEO Audit and Optimization:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of TalentGuard’s website and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta tag updates, and content optimization.
Content Optimization for HR Audience:
- Develop SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages tailored to HR personnel.
- Research and implement HR-specific keywords to boost search engine rankings.
Backlink Strategy Development:
- Identify opportunities to build high-quality backlinks.
- Outreach to industry-relevant websites, forums, and organizations to enhance TalentGuard’s domain authority.
Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance.
- Provide regular reports on keyword rankings, traffic improvements, and campaign outcomes.
Competitive Analysis:
- Research and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies within the talent management and military transition space.
- Find and propose actionable recommendations to improve TalentGuard’s competitive positioning.

Qualifications:
