Project Manager

Job Summary

As a SaaS Implementation Project Manager at TalentGuard, you will lead and manage the end-to-end projects for the implementation of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to go-live. You will work closely with customers, cross-functional teams (including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering), and third-party vendors to deliver successful projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex SaaS implementations, strong project management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•  Project Planning & Coordination Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS platform implementations, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource allocation to go-live and post-launch support.

• Customer Onboarding Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding project that meets customer goals and timelines.

• Stakeholder Management Work closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Project Documentation Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked.

• Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the implementation timeline, quality, or customer satisfaction, proactively addressing challenges before they escalate.

• Resource Management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and that each project phase has the necessary support to move forward smoothly.

• Reporting & Communication Regularly communicate project status, risks, and milestones to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

 Qualifications:  

•  Experience 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS implementation or technical project management in a customer-facing role.

•  Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
