Client Implementation Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Project Implementation Manager to lead and oversee multiple implementation projects across our client portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for collaborating with a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring seamless deployment of TalentGuard’s software solutions while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for multiple client implementations, from onboarding through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with a team of Implementation Specialists, overseeing task execution, timeline adherence, and customer interactions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for clients during implementation, resolving technical and process-related issues efficiently.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring implementation milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HR Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or technical project management.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing people and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues and drive resolution.
  • Experience in HR tech, talent management, or skills-based platforms a plus.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred but not required.
