Job Title: Marketing Communication Specialist
The position is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of SEO programs focused on enhancing TalentGuard’s online visibility. This includes developing and executing strategies for content optimization, backlink acquisition, and performance monitoring. While the role involves significant autonomy in implementing SEO strategies, it does not manage contingent staff or vendor relationships. Additionally, the position carries no budgetary responsibilities
Key Projects/Responsibilities:
- Content Development and Storytelling:
- Develop compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media updates, to communicate TalentGuard’s value to human resources personnel and other audiences.
- Leverage Human Resources narratives to create authentic and engaging marketing materials.
- Brand Campaigns for HR Audiences:
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at human resource leaders and executive management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Create and manage a content calendar for TalentGuard’s social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend adjustments to enhance audience reach and interaction.
- Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with TalentGuard’s audience.
- Analyze performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates to refine strategies.
- Marketing Performance Reporting:
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future marketing efforts.
