As chief revenue officer, Sam Gillen oversees TalentGuard’s sales, solution consultants, and sales enablement teams. An experienced executive in the talent management space, Sam was formerly SVP Sales at SilkRoad technology, an early leader talent management SaaS solutions. At SilkRoad, Sam helped grow the start-up to over 500 customers and $35M ARR in 10 years. Sam then joined Tango Health, an Affordable Care Act and HSA SaaS provider, as VP Sales and grew the start-up from $900k ARR to $10M ARR in 3 years. In 2016, Sam joined Truven Health Analytics/IBM Watson Health, as Leader, Client Executives and managed $26M in new sales through his team to Payers and Providers.
Sam has 20+ years of experience in hiring, training, and managing high performing sales teams offering solutions to all functions of Human Resources. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Springfield College.
