Inspired by 1939’s Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for accountants, there is a movement to standardize and define consistent workforce development measures. Once developed, these reports will pull financial, learning, evaluation, HR and other data to report out on business outcomes, talent effectiveness and efficiency.
