Green Initiatives

Climate change poses an unprecedented challenge to the sustainability of our environment. We take that challenge seriously. At TalentGuard, environmental initiatives are as much a part of social responsibility as diversity.

Our “Go Green” initiatives include:

  • Encouraging staff to reduce paper use through double-sided copying standards
  • Using paper that contains at least 30 percent post-consumer recycled content
  • Recycling discarded mixed-use office paper
  • Scanning and emailing documents rather than providing printed versions when possible
  • E-filing and submitting documents
  • Replacing worn-out office equipment with more energy-efficient ENERGY STAR labeled equipment
  • Turning off lights, computers, copiers, printers and other equipment when not in use
  • Replacing incandescent or halogen lamps with compact fluorescents (CFL)
  • Enabling power-down management software on networked computers
  • Educate our employees and members regarding how they can support our environmental commitment at work and at home
