TalentGuard is searching for a Technical Writer to produce and maintain user-friendly user guides and client-facing resources. The Technical Writer will collaborate with product managers and software developers to create and update user guides, presentations, FAQs, and more.


Role Responsibilities

  • Generate and implement ideas to transform our client-facing content resources
  • Create product documentation for system administrators, managers and end users
  • Update, maintain, and innovate Online Contextual Help content · Become an expert on our talent management product through training and hands-on experience
  • Manage the Online Contextual Help product process from concept through production and deployment
  • Manage questions in the client community and internal portals and translate responses into viable help content enhancements
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously Skills/Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or equivalent major, experience and/or training
  • Possess 3 years technical writing and software documentation experience
  • Able to thoroughly document and articulate software behaviors, issues, workflows and/or functionality in such a way that basic users can easily understand
  • Able to edit technical communications to ensure content excellence
  • Have outstanding written/oral communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
  • Have Agile methodology experience
